Appears to be a small horse size, not full size. Dark oiled breast collar featuring a western pleasure accent. The silver is stamped 'Mexico' and does need cleaned up to truly make it shine. The leather is in decent shape. There is surface cracking and will need continued care. Nothing is dry rotted.
